Steve Shannon and some of his colleagues hosted a First-Time Homebuyer Event in the Kalamazoo area to help people understand the basics of buying a home.
30+ people met at Trak Houz Bar & Grill in Kalamazoo to learn about the basic steps of getting a first home, understanding the mortgage process, finding the right home, the basics of the inspection, and homeowners insurance coverage.
There was awesome engagement from the guests as well as a Q&A to wrap things up. There was a great spread of appetizers and drinks along with networking. Be sure to attend the next event.
